Une conférence donnée en anglais par notre orateur néerlandophone, qui répondra aux questions des participants en français. Il fera le point sur la thématique suivante :

As an entrepreneur or investor, you are primarily focused on developing a market-ready product and gaining market share. But what about the quality of your software and your IT organization ? Does it affect the value of your company ? Shoud you worry about it ?

The session will cover the folowing aspects :

• the need for a consistent approach and tooling to assess the maturity of the company from an IT perspective ;

• quality assurance throughout the investment lifecycle ;

• IT risk assurance dimensions and approach ;
• expressing risk responses in terms of IT objectives ;
• the use of software quality assurance in practice (examples).

As an entrepreneurial IT professional, Geert Janssen is an expert in managing IT quality to support the value of a company. He has been working at senior positions at Accenture, IBM Business Consulting and QAT Investments (venture capital, private equity player). In 2010, he built the foundation of entrust-group to support emerging and growth companies, by providing them the appropriate mix of IT and online services and solutions to support their business strategy.
