Qu'on se le dise : on ne postule pas pour une bourse N.I.H. comme à l'Europe ou au FNRS !
A chaque contexte ses priorités et ses critères de sélection.  Et il serait illusoire d'imaginer pouvoir structurer et rédiger votre proposition de projet, selon une même ligne de conduite, quel que soit le fonds.
Alors n'hésitez pas à demander conseil : les intervenants à cette rencontre LIEGE CREATIVE sont à votre disposition et nous les en remercions.
Mais dans un premier temps, construire son propre réseau de partenaires américains est indispensable.  Allez à leur rencontre et choisissez les meilleurs dans votre domaine d'expertise, a-t-on répété aujourd'hui.  Nul doute que cela augmentera vos chances d'être financé lorsque vous soumettrez un projet commun...

Dr Claire SKENTELBERY

 

Claire Skentelbery has worked for the UK Biotechnology National Contact Point in Framework Programme Five. Later Claire worked within the Cambridge biotechnology cluster for the regional biotechnology network, before being part of the founding team of the Council of European BioRegions (CEBR), for she is now Network Manager and working with biotechnology clusters across Europe. She is now Secretary General of the European Biotechnology Foundation which promotes, among others, transatlantic cooperations between Europe and the US in the field of biotechnology.
